By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. Our services include insurance brokerage, escrow administration, verification services, and trade risk advisory.

2. Services

We act as a licensed intermediary. Insurance policies are underwritten by regulated insurers. Escrow funds are held in segregated trust accounts. Verification reports represent our professional assessment based on available information.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and use services only for legitimate trade purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service for illegal or fraudulent activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
